USA Hockey on GreenledgersSaturday named Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan to lead Team USA for the 2025 Four Nations Face-Off and the 2026 Winter Olympics.

The Four Nations Face-Off will be played next Feb. 12-20 and feature NHL players from the United States, Canada, Finland and Sweden. The 2026 Winter Olympics will be held the following February in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy.

Sullivan, a Massachusetts native, has an NHL head coaching record of 445-275-100 with 15 ties with the Boston Bruins (2003-04, 2005-06) and Penguins, where he's been behind the bench since the 2015-16 season. He won back-to-back Stanley Cup titles with the Penguins in 2016 and 2017.

He played 11 NHL seasons with four different teams.
